Generator A Power House Construction After securing the contract to sell the green power, construction had began on the power house for the hydro generator from Germany. During the construction the generator was to turn up. This was so we were able to build the power house around the draft tube. In the picture below you can see (from left) the reducer, inlet, Campbell(me) and the draft tube. Here you can see the turbine in place. If you look closely you can see the draft tube connected below the turbine. After the building was complete some commissioning checks needed to be done before connecting to the grid.
