Pancakes:
Ingredients:
-Eggs 2
-Flour
1 Cup
-Salt a
pinch to taste
-Milk
1 Cup
-Butter enough for frying pan
(100gms split into 20gm blocks)
1. Put dry ingredients and eggs into bowl.

2. While beating the dry ingredients and egg begin adding milk at
about 50-100ml at a time. When the mixture is a smooth batter it is
ready for use, although it is recommended that the mixture should go
in the fridge for an hour or so.

4. Warm frying pan on a med heat put butter in and move butter
around pan until all pan is greased. Then pour the mixture in with a
ladle and cook until golden brown.

5. Server on a plate with your favourite sauces.

Hints Lemon and sugar goes down a treat on these pancakes.
