Pasta Vegetalli with tomato and bacon:

Ingredients:

-Vegetelli                              250g
-Chopped Tomatos               1 can
-Mushrooms                         4 Medium
-Courgette                            1 small
-Garlic                                  3 clove (finely chopped)
-Bacon                                  6 rashers
-Onion                                 Medium

1. Put enough water in the kettle to fill a medium pot and boil. Chop the Onion into course pieces (shown below). Cut the bacon unto course pieces about 2.5 cm 1 inch. Cut the garlic into slices.
Get everything ready

2. Start cooking the garlic and onion on a med heat once it begins browning put the bacon in.--> stir regularly. Pour the kettle water (boiled previously) into a pot over a med-high heat.
Put the rest of the ingredients into the pot

3. Cut the courgette and mushrooms into course pieces as shown in step 5.

4. Once the bacon is browned put the tinned tomatoes in with the bacon and stir regularly (2-4 times a minute), and put the pasta into the boiling water.

5. Concentrate (boil excess water from) the tomatoes for about 5 minutes. Put all other ingredients in and mix in.


4. Cook for a further 5 minutes. Drain the paste with a sieve. and put even amounts of pasta into serving bowls. Put the tomato bacon sauce over the top of the pasta, and enjoy.


Hint:
With the parmesan use a potato peeler to cut the cheese into large thin slices. A bit of Tabasco will not harm the pasta either.
