Wood fired Pizzas:
Ingredients:
-Flour 3 Cups
-Water 1 and 1/8 cups
-Surebake Yeast 1 Tablespoon
-Salt
1 teaspoon
-Sugar
1 Tablespoon
-Oil
2 Tablespoons
1. Put flour in a bowl
2. Create well and put all other ingredients in well.
3. Mix using a cake mixer with a dough hook for 20 minutes or if you are
brave use your hands the time can vary from 30 minutes and above
depending how energetic you are feeling.

4. Put in a microware bowl with a lid microwave for 30 secs.
5. Shape into a pizza shape (usually a flat wheel).
6. Put on toppings:
These toppings are a suggestion on what can be used on
pizzas:
The tomato paste is spread on the wheel made before this can be any
type of pasta sauce or for more traditional pizzas a tomato paste
can be used. A drop of garlic mixed into the paste can form a little
zing.
Grated cheese can be sprinkled over the top of the paste having this next
allows the other ingratiates to cook and not go soggy.
Then put on your favourite toppings see in picture below:

Hints on
Cooking your pizza in your wood fired oven:
-Heat your oven for 2-3 hours before any pizzas enter the oven.
-Use lots of flour on the pizza board before sliding the pizza in
the oven (this will make sliding the pizza in easier)
-The pizza should take between 1-2 minutes to cook, the stones will
suck the moisture from the dough and you will be left with a crispy
pizza.
