Stir Fry:
Ingredients:
-Rice Bran Oil 1/2 Cup
-Garlic 3 cloves.
-Prawns 300 grams
-Spring Onion 3 spring onions
-Broccoli 1 small head
-Uddon Noddles 200gm
-Bean Sprouts 500gm
-Mushrooms

-Coarsely chopped Parsley
1/2 Cup
-Coarsely chopped Coriander
1/2 Cup
-Silver Beat
6 Large Leaves
-Spinach
6 Large Leaves
1.
Prepare all the ingredients.


2.Heat the wok hot. Cook the garlic until golden brown.

3.Take the garlic out and remove into a side dish. Add the prawns.

4.When the prawns go pink (about 3 minutes) put the spring onion in .

5.Add the broccoli and uddon noddles when the spring onions are
soft(3-5 minutes)

6.When the uddon noddles have become soft and broken from each other
add the bean sprouts. Put the cooked garlic in.

7.Throw in the parsley and coriander about 30 secs after the
noodles.

8.Put in the large leaves (silver beet and spinach) about a minute
later.

10.After the leaves have cooked for 2-3 minutes put into bowls and
enjoy.


Hint:
This dish can have other spices added which can make it more
interesting.
