TV Nachos :
Ingredients:
-Oil
Coat the bottom of a pan
-Onion
1 Medium
-Nachos 250g
-Mince
350g
-Mushroom 2 Med
-Can of chopped tomatoes
-Cheese
200g
1. In a pan put some oil in and fry the Onions on med heat till they
are soft.

2. Put mince in with onions if water builds up from mince remove
water.

3. While the beef and onion are cooking lay the nachos in an oven
safe dish as below. Turn the grill on the oven.

4. Add the mushrooms and can of tomatoes (optional: and a can of
kidney beans) and mix in to the mince and onion keep the element on
med-high. Condense for about 10 minutes.

5. Grill the nachos for 5 or so minutes enough time to get them warm and
slightly brown. This can take place as the mince is condensing
(total mince mixture with mushrooms 15 minutes). Grate the cheese.

6. Add mince mixture in the middle of the bowl caution the bowl will
be hot from the grill. Sprinkle the cheese on to the top of the
Nachos.

7.Put back into the Grill for 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted and
brown. Take out and serve immediately.

Hint:
This is a nice TV dinner served with Sour Cream and Tabasco.
